After more than 30 years of successful management work in global companies, I recognised my own desires and visions some time ago, put them first and now live this vocation successfully as a "Business & Inspiration Coach with HEART".

I live my vision of supporting people to recognise their own wishes, visions and abilities and to live this vocation. I work with individuals and teams using different, solution-oriented coaching methods. 

For me, a solution-oriented approach is a prerequisite for successful holistic life management.
